1. What are the minimum production quantities?
   300 pieces per model and color.
   
   
2. How long does it take to deliver my production?
   Estimated delivery times are 6 to 7 weeks.

Note: This will also depend on the production schedule. We offer partial deliveries above 10,000 pieces to optimize shipments.

3. Do you offer warranties?
   Our products come with warranties for: Factory defects (Breakage, stains, unstitched seams, etc.)

The return of caps due to any defect can only be made within 8 business days after delivery to the customer.

Note: Our warranties adhere to the AQL quality standard.

4. Do you provide additional services?
   We have professionals in the design area who can provide personalized attention, as well as a sampling area, sales consultancy, experts in digitizing, embroidery, screen printing area, and sublimation.
   
   
5. Do you create physical samples?
   Yes, we have a specialized area for samples that will provide you with assistance and service throughout the development process of your prototype(s).
